Textbook on Soviet Economics

Has anyone read the textbook? It is a fairly important work which Stalin personally supervised. Mao published his famous critique of it. It basically lays out the entire Marxist view of pre-capitalist, capitalist and socialist economics. It is the encyclopedia of the Marxist worldview. Ironically it was also a major source of Deng Xiaoping's economic reforms as it justified socialist commodities and law of values.

The following textbook was published in 1954 by the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. The complete English translation of it can be found at the following link:

I've read most of it a number of years ago and believe that it would be the perfect political-economic textbook for students of Marxism-Leninism.
