I'm not a bodybuilder, but I am a fitness advocate: I exercise daily alternating anaerobic and aerobic in addition to a daily jog. My goal, however isn't to build muscle (that's just a nice benefit), but to just stay healthy.

I used to belong to a (now gone) bodybuilding/fitness/tattoo/sex forum called live2befit (I miss that place everyday). Perhaps you have heard of it.

The problem is that I don't know Soviet military training. There is no Red Army stations in Australia (since the Red Army was abolished in 1991). I like bodybuilding because it is good for my low blood pressure. Plus I like to look good for the women. MORE AND BIGGER MUSCLES = MORE WOMEN. It is a win win situation.

I'll think about removing "Joseph Stalin the second".
