What if Al Gore were president instead of George W. Bush? Would the attacks of 9/11 happen? If they did, would he respond differently?

Since when do islamic fundementalists care for a difference between the presidents? If they have been planning this, it would have been long before nov 2000.

The responce would likely be the same, although the first month of no military would have Al Gore portrayed as a pussy for not striking back immdiatly by the chauvinist right in politics.

Yes I plan to vote with in the Democratic Socialist Party and push who ever they have for election be it mayor, govenor, or president, or for congress
