Latinos graduating

I got in an argument with some one who said all Latin Americans that are born in the U.S. neither graduate high school or want to go to college. i cannot find any statistics about this, so if some one can lead me to some, that would be great.

that is THE dumbest statement of the year so far (what that person said, not refering to what you said). you dont need any facts or numbers, just find a college or high school year book.

This is simply silly.

I teach in college. I have Latin American students. Most of them were born in this country.

But you can find statistics on this sort of thing at the census bureau. Google with the following search string:

site:census.gov "educational attainment" race

You'll find this broken down in more ways than you would ever want.

Mestizos are graduating its only that less then half of us are the cuases many is it getting any better no i dont think so. Yes many more are graduating now then they were 10 years ago but thats only becuase the amount of Mesizos in this Country has gone up by alot especialy in the southwestern states. Its sad when you graduate and about half of you graduating freinds cant even read for chirst sakes! SPANISH OR ENGLISH! i might add
