LOL, that lady should visit my town sometime...You can't go a day without hearing Spanish; the majority of my friends are Spanish-speaking immigrants. Diversity is what makes the world tick; she needs some language lessons. I once saw a hick who was against immigration on CNN and he said in a Southern drawl, "Wells I don't like 'em 'cause they speak Spanish and I can't understand a thing they say." Most would probably like Canadian English better...The English spoken on major American news broadcasts more resembles my accent and my dialect than it does the way someone from Boston or Texas or NYC speaks.
