Sorry it is in Spanish, I am sure it is out there somewhere in English, I'll try to look for it. This was taken from "El Tiempo", Colombia's most circulated newspaper.

Hmm, was this done through Babblefish? It doesn't quite make sense. I can decipher some of it, but things like this: "Composer and interpreter, has created several allegoric songs to the Farc", according to the information of press, that indicates that Moscote Noisy, you ally "light up Iguarán, Zambo or The Guajiro", has a dictated order of capture "by the Fiscalía Antiextorsión and Abduction Not. 1 by the crime of rebellion" leave me a little dazed. I'm just not sure of what is being said.

Yes it was probably done with babblefish or other translation engine of some sort, because the translation is quite literal.

Anyway, a better translation for the sentence you mention would be:

Moscotte Noisy (alias "Lucas Iguarán", "Zambo" or "El Guajiro") *who has composed and interpreted several allegoric songs to Farc, *has currently a warrant for his arrest issued by the Anti-extortion and Anti-abduction (kidnapping) investigators for his crimes on rebellion. *
