View Full Version : Zimbabwe White Farmers Eviction

Basically, after the Brits receded from most of africa after the colonialization, many whites stayed and kept their farm land which was the best farmland in the region but was used to feed the nation and sustain a healthy economy.
But now, the government wants them all out so that the natives can take over and farm the "good" farmland.
Zimbabwe sucks economically, politically, etc. Will this have a healthy outcome just so a country can maintain its pride?
There were like 4,500 white farmers in the Z, most have been asked to go home. What will happen during the transformation, and will this turn out for the good of the Z?

Respond.

It was marxist at first, but afterwards Mugabe lost faith in his policies, especially after the collapse Of the soviet union.

Now he's a rightie with strict & cruel authoriatarian policies. The change triggered the collapse of the so-called "bread basket of africa" to a land of satrvation.

Mugabe is a marxist who does not wish to give up his power. He is no laissez faire capitalist. Having authoritarian policies does not suggest that one is a "right winger". The remaining dictatorships in the world are mainly socialist.
