Anti-Choice Bigots Attack Pro-Choice Clinic Defenders

"Our bodies, our lives, our right to decide!" is what women demand, and
the majority of Australians agree.

Your body is needed on the defence line outside the Fertility Control Clinic:
Saturday, 24 May
10.00 am - 12.00 noon

As anticipated, the tiny, but well-financed and well-connected,
anti-abortionist minority is organising in the lead-up to the
still-unannounced parliamentary debate on the decriminalisation of
abortion in Victoria. On April 26, clinic defenders stood outside the
Fertility Control Clinic entrance, as they do every month, to keep the
Helpers of Gods Precious Infants well away on the other side of Wellington
Parade. But, for the first time in the two-and-a-half years of the clinic
defence, the misogynist bigots, outnumbering the pro-choicers, crossed the
street to the defence line. They tore down the Campaign for Women's Rights
banner, which says "Women Must Decide Their Fate," and trampled over it.
Here is the video footage:

The defenders linked arms and stood their ground. But it is clear that
from now on, the clinic defence will not be a routine stand-off with
pro-choice defenders on one side of Wellington Parade and the
anti-abortionists on the other. Aside from this thuggery from the foetus
worshippers, the Catholic Church is holding public meetings such as the
one on April 23 that featured anti-abortion MPs, Bernie Finn and Christine
Campbell as speakers.

It's now time for all pro-choicers - Victoria's majority - to act!

Here's what you can do:

LOL @ those assholes carrying a statute of the 'virgin' Mary.

I would love nothing better than to connect a baseball bat with that statute.

And could they have picked a more corny name? Helpers of Gods Precious Infants?!

Even funnier than their statue is the painting of Mary that they carry, where her halo looks like a ****.

No, I don't think so. I think you should let them carry on with it then it can amuse other people.

I had a similar quandary when a local imam was wearing a T-shirt that proclaimed "I eat bacon and eggs for breakfast".
