I haven't seen it in decades, but probably The Hunger (1983) with David Bowie, Catherine Deneuve, Susan Sarandon.

My Fav has to be Bram Stoker Dracula i loved the imagery and the love story adn all that stuff very good. Interview with a Vampire is also another kick ass movie really enjoyed that one especaily when they did that dark kind of Theater

BUT! Werewolfs would kick a Vampires ass any day
