I think the Moral Majority era must represent the lowest form of theoretical political level ever achieved in the 20th century.

That website is sooooooooooo awesome

And anyone who thinks that its a real fundy ministry is clearly gullible.

tip offs its a parody:

1. Christians don't have the design sense to have websites like that. This is a real fundie website: www.godhatesfags.com/ ...see how its not so pretty and doesn't look like an indie rock label or an emo t-shirt store? The "evening service" logo is just too well designed.

2. The "gay bands" and "safe bands" list is clearly intended to be humorous and doesn't follow real christian opinions of bands...it lists Britney Spears as gay ("kissed Madonna") and the Dresden Dolls as "safe" (which seems impossible); list Elton John multiple times (since he's "really gay").

Perhaps the most obvious thing though is:
http://www.lovegodsway.org/GayBands
Real christians would not have posted images of Metallica touching each others tongues: http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/2951/metallicahomosexualitysn0.jpg

They would find it disgusting instead of amusing and they wouldn't want their viewers to see it.

3. Theres no donate button and no vast tracks of propaganda literature, and most notably no bible verses cited. All three are pretty vital to actually running a real anti-gay ministry.

4. Donnie Davis:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BWTsn7SmHQ

Is obviously a gay comedian, not a fundie. "its true jesus loves you, but god hates you, thats in the bible!" Evangelicals are Arianists now?

Look at his music video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3MRWqlf_8M8&feature=related
There is no way that could be for real its exaggerated and comic.
Plus the lyrics:

"read the bible, you'll be sure, to enter heaven, theres no back door"
"rightous man, get on your knees, there lays no virtue, inside of me"

http://www.lovegodsway.org/Blog/AmazingDay
" Apparently Rupert Murdoch is less committed to free speech than we thought."
"Thank you so much Andrew Sullivan, for getting behind me"

in response to supposed comments about his weight:
"I was born with a thyroid condition, all of my family has it its genetic, and sometimes i try so hard, to control those urges, but I just can't, I was born this way"

Real christians don't use sexual double entendre.

This is a real fundie:

Notice the difference..

5. And if that wasn't painfully obvious enough...
