Anarchism

Would someone out there please help me to understand anarchism and it's aims?
I've become interested all the sudden in learning about it and know almost nothing.

We are NOT for chaos, violence, destruction as you thought.


We ARE AGAINST hierarchy, state, capitalism (we still allow individual work although) and we share the same end goal with Marxist, except we do not want another state. (However I do believe capitalism must be in place first before we can advance to anarchy/communism)
