What are your opinions of these two parties? They seem to have a good line internationally in defending socialist states against imperialism. At the same time they assume that any anti-imperialist state is also a socialist state and thus uphold Hussein and Milsoevic rather than simply opposing US aggression.
I don't understand what the dispute was that caused the split.
While they have largely shed their Trotskyism in some of their political strategy and analysis of "deformed workers state" they still retain some remnants.
