Bullshit. This sick attempt at linking homosexuality with some idealist notion of decadence has been disproved by science oven and over again and is an idea that is way out of date and has no reflection on reality whatsoever. It is a reactionary plea to old ways of thinking.

If you are implying that homosexuality is the result of genetic factors, there is hardly a scientific consensus supporting that view. A study published in the American Journal of Sociology concludes that from studying identical twins, there is no strong genetic influence on same-sex preference.
