after many massages of debate that were logical my german cappie friend has resorted to
yes, education is free in some conutries, e.g. here in Germany:) people who belong to lower class have the possibility to study, butthey dont do it, as they saw bad example of their parents and surrounding:) not many of them decide to go out of that circle of powerty:) bt, as I said, if they decide study, they would have no problems wit paying for the educaton
why do you think wealth is limited? from the economic point of view, ressources are imited, and not wealth:) if wealth was limited, we would still live in the Middle Ages:) and why should the riches gove their wealth away? if somebody is poor, IT'S HIS OWN FAULT, and not the fault of the riches:) may be, he/she is too stupid or too lazy to become rich, that's his problem:) laying own problems on the others' shoulders is typical for commies, I know, but that doest work:)
Hegal, Trotsky etc. and their opinion are not very persuasive for me: people who are considered to be "great" by some sociaty circles, usually make even more mistakes than the average citizens:)
what you wrore about the workers, is inhuman:) of course, it's ok to fire them or give them less wages if they dont work - punishment is sometimes necessary:) but where are the benefits? people must get benefits if they accomplish their work well:) otherwise, they're like slaves, who were beaten if they didnt work hard enough:) nobody will accept such idea, and nobody would vote for it, quite logical:)
ussr pissed money for nukes and army, but not only for this:) e.g. a bread in ussr costed about 0.05 rubel, deep below the costs of production, at that time people were feeding their pigs with the bread:) similar thing with other foods:) ussr wanted to show, how "great" their accomplishments were (low prices), so that it slod goods under their costs of production, gave all the people work places, and as nobody wanted to work there, and the goods were sold over many years, one day ussr had no more money to play socialismus:)
I am not sure that the trade embargo is the reason of Cuba's powerty:) the most common reasons of powerty are mentality and political system:)
