Btw: It would be nice to hear different perspectives, like: "the marxist leninist views are", and so on and so fourth.

No, there won't be a state organization under communism. All comrades regardless of their exact affiliation look to end the state. In its place will be a cooperative, democratic organization of mutually-level individuals. Direct democracy, in effect.

The State (http://www.marxists.org/glossary/terms/s/t.htm#state) is not synonimous to organisation but is rather a particular form of organising society. The State is an apparatus of class oppression designed to keep the ruling class where it is, ruling.

As there are no different classes in a communist society, there is no need for a state. In other words: there is no class to be surpressed from taking power, so there is no apparatus needed for surpression.

Instead communist society is organised in a direct democratic fashion, as GeneCosta already pointed out.
