i saw on Stormfront a video using Noam Chomsky as a source stating that the USA spent more on Israel than on aid than the rest of the world combined?

i wonder what Russia's expenditure was, I read an article again in a fascist journal this time the Daily Mail stating that the Russians were still using equipment from the 70's? i thought those guys especially under Putin would have pissed away some taxes to some off what shiney guns they had...
