One reason many younger folk are prone to dismiss EVERYTHING as "conspiracy theory" with just an utterance of this bathwater term of the age is a lack of familiarity with the history of congressional oversight to the CIA.
It can be summarized easily: there really has'nt been any real oversight since the CIA's creation in 1947.
