You want advice?

Do it somewhere it will stay up. You also want a lot of foot traffic, or else what's the point? If its a big poster with a short phrase, or whatever, put it off to the side of public train tracks (i do it above ground though, so it's easy to see. I dunno if that works as well underground. probably not) or places like abandoned wherehouses off a busy road, telephone poles, over other advertisements for wal-mart, bmw, and other greedy, bloodsucking corporations (or any fascist posts [if you have a nazi infestation]). If it has a lot of shit to say, post em at bus stop shelters (it might last the day there) and the like, where they are likely to stay a while and read it. Places like government buildings and big business stores will take those things down as fast as you can put em up.

You'll need wallpaper paste, a bucket (or some less obvious container) and a large brush. And a couple of buddies. I like two others to go. A look-out, a guy to paste and a guy to hold the posters. A van is the most convenient as far as a ride goes, i think, but anything works. I hear some people go on their bikes. Maybe it's easier to ditch the cops that way... but i can't say. And the more laws you break while your out, the better as far as i'm concerned (as long as you're not hurting anyone innocent).

this is my plan, got good areas chosen as soon as i get the poster thru,

would it be wrong to put it where almost 2000 school kids walk past everyday? if it is i dont give a fuck,

cheers for the advice

Why would it be? 2000 children potentially means up to 4000 parents, so you could posisbly reach 6000 people with just a poster. They don't have to read it if they don't want to, but by putting that poster there you're giving them that choice.

do you paste over or on the back of the poster?

RedAnarchist

Why would you paste over it, unless you're trying to protect the poster?

You paste on the surface you are postering, place the poster and then paste over it again to make sure it sticks. :)

"Anarchist guide"

Yeah, because the anarchist method is so much different to anyone else's method. Also, I'm sure most working class people read a poster and that changes their life and makes them less consumerist and more class conscious. Tossers. They're just short of spray painting "Eat Your TV" and thinking it's some revolutionary act.

Hell no. Putting it like that makes it seem like our ideals are morally wrong (like we shouldn't 'corrupt' the minds of these school kids). Big businesses pollute the streets with their tripe advertisements; why shouldn't we use similar methods to get our point across? So i say, put it wherever the hell you want, comrade. The walls and signs are no more theirs than yours, as far as i'm concerned.
