well, in 1967 a black messias was mobilizing all the black people to stand up and fight for their rights, wello the "blacks" were only 11% of the american people at the time but 28% of the army was composed by black people, marthin was demanding the same rights for the black people, but this ws knd of dangerous because they were 11% dangerous voters that could really make a stand for the elite!!! they knew in how to vote because they knew what was to sufer from capitalism they knew in who to vote!!! and plus marthing was going to vietnam telling its people to come home, because that was others people civel war and they souldnt die in that stupid war, this really upseted the gov. because if he really went to vietnam he could take of 28% of the army out of vietnam!!! so what appended? hw was shoted!!! this is the truth!!
And let the truth destroy america!!!!

And your point was? Where did you get this theory? I'll have mercy upon you, because you're Portuguese and I'm sure you have a limited English-speaking ability. First of all, MLK, Jr. was assassinated in 1968, not '67. He was murdered in my hometown (Memphis, Tennessee) while working with striking Black garbagemen. I've been to the museum at least four or five times, so I know about him and some history of the Civil Rights Movement. It's so great that everyone blames the CIA and/or the US Government on the deaths of all activists, but most of the time, that conclusion is pure, unadulterated garbage. We can't blame the CIA & the US Gov't for everything. Brother Martin was killed by a racist white man, period. It's as simple as that. Sure, the FBI tapped his phone because he dealt with 'radicals,' but who cares? They're probably reading what we post all the time.

actually reinbeuax, in 1999 it was ruled that king's assassination was a result of a conspiracy, not the act of a lone gunman. THere is serious doubt whether james earl ray shot king in the first place. Why would a single, not-exceptionally-racist, white man decide to hang his ass out a window, shoot from a mile away through tree branches and obstacles, miraculosly hit dr. King square in the chest, get his ass back inside the window, run all the way down the stairs to where he had the sniper rifle case, pack it up, run to his car, and get away, all in under six minutes? then he says he's a patsy, the king family believes he didn't do it, the supreme court rules that this is true, and you still think he did it, all on his own mind you? i think it's hard to name one assassination that the gov't was not behind!

It's just odd for someone to admit to something like that if he/she didn't do it.. Conspiracy, sure, but I am not ever totally ruling Ray out.

I'm not taking either side here, but Rainbeaux, you obviously never read about Stalin's show trials...

Conspiracy does not always mean 'government' either. Just to remember.

Last time I heard, james earl ray was in very poor health, but that was a while back.

I'd agree with Moskitto, that James Earl Ray's health is very bad - considering he is DEAD!
James Earl Ray killed Martin Luther King.
If more than one person knows a secret - it ain't a secret. The truth will be known by all sooner or later
The truth is that conspiracy theories are not true.
Fiction to explain the unacceptable.
Oswald killed JFK
&
Earl Ray killed Martin Luther
Accept the truth - insignificant people can kill people of greatness.
