Well, unbeknownst to me, some folks have messaged Malte and asked that I be restricted to the Cap v. Soc. forum only.

I guess that some of my threads (I'm betting the one about Iraq) weren't anti-American enough.

So, after some time to cool off, I will only be posting here.

If there are any who would like to maybe defend me, on the grounds that either a. I am not an outright capitalist or b. I thought this was about Che, and not communism, please feel free. Good luck though.

That's ridiculous. Just cos you're not outright commie. I think your posts added an extra dimension to proceedings. I mean, it's not like you're a cappie is it??

Are you a capitalist?
I dont know enough about you to assume that you should be allowed to post. But if you are not on the Right, and on the Left, than i compeltly disagree with any attempts to bar your from the other sections of the board.

Anarcho, you said you were a "libertarian" (in the American sense of the word). I remember you saying that when I was still a baby (in january or something).

I have never (unlike many others) stated that Communism or Capitalism = bad.

When I had first found this board, I had been reading up on Anarcho-Capitalism and Libertarianism. Like many philosophies, it seemed to make sense on the surface. However, before I take anything to heart, I try to research the opposites, to see the pros and cons.

That is one of the reasons I came here. The other was in an attempt to learn more about Communism, and about Che. The only exposure I had to Communism in the past was reading "The Political Thoughts of Mao Tse-Tsung" which doesn't really seem to give much credence to the thoughts of equality.

Since coming here, I have learned of many things, including the rampant out-of-control corporations. And while I may differ on the ways of control that need to be implemented, it should be obvious that something must be done. The fact that my former employer payed $7 Million USD to it's new CEO, and then layed off almost 10% of it's work force means something, as they say, is rotten in Denmark.

Since coming here, I have come around to a more middle of the ground way of thinking. I had hoped to learn more, and be exposed to more via this forum (one of the more well run that I've seen) but apparently my lack of "Cappie=bad" mentality is going to prevent that.

So, in the future, if I make a post that you (whomever my fans may be.. hehe) find interesting, please spread the word. I know there are folks that don't come here from the other forums whom I enjoyed talking with.

Look Malte, I don't think anyone should be caged into this forum unless they are constantly attacking communism in the communist's forums.

Libriterians (at least in the US) are not left. They want to limit government control only where it interests the corperations.

Whereas I feel that the Mega-corporations that exist in the modern age need some sort of checks and balances. They are out of control.

As I've said, CEO's are getting millions of dollars in pay and perks, and the worker in the cube is at risk of getting laid off at any time, with little to no recourse.

Industrial combines are a hazard to the environment, and the welfare of their workers.

While personal liberty is important to me, Corporate liberty needs to be checked, and checked hard.

Who cares if he's rightwing or not? He never went out of his way to shove rightwing ideals in our faces! He never attacked communism or socialism! What is the purpose of keeping him here?

Does anyone have an answer?
