The best punk songs, in my opinion, and the one's that aren't angry or very short as they tend to be (and as most of the fans prefer). It's an usual slip in the expected songs.
Usually longer punk songs; ones that can tell a story, or be the only track on a satisfying album are very insightful and usual. The best

NOFX - The Decline
Green Day - Jesus of Suburbia (No arguments about not being 'real' punk because we all know it isn't)
