That would be helpful. I think the general gist of it is that a "board of trustees" has been pretty naughty, however.

This appears to be a list of issues presented to the shareholders of a firm, and they can choose to vote in favour, against, or abstain from the vote. Each shareholder's voting power corresponds to how many shares they hold. The Board of Trustees has recommended that the shareholders vote against the item at the bottom - which concerns investing in ventures that might be connected to genocide. The fact that the board has recommended a vote against shows that they care more about making money than protecting the lives of innocents.
