Dude ya want american bases and missles everywhere? I do think that shield in Poland and Czech Republic is not to defend these countries from Iran like Condoliza says but to threat Russia.

Apart from normal military buildup, the thing its refering to is the U.S. Missile defence system in eastern europe. Rightfully there seems to be alot of protest against that
