Although I think dubya is an idiot, I don't think he knew of the attacks. Others behind the scenes however I wouldn't trust at all. This wouldn't be the first time, pearl harbour was pretty fishy as well. I believe there were 3 suspicious activities seen by low ranking soldiers that were ignored by commanding officers.

I've always said that the American Government might've known of the attacks that were going to be made. They left it because they wanted to fight "terrorism (declare war on numerous countries, out of pure greed for power, political advancement, and an excuse to pull out of their treaty with Russia that stopped them from producing and testing more nuclear weapons).

It's good that people are starting to actually question the Government.

Well, knowing about the attacks and predict using a crystal ball where and when it will take place are two quite different things my friend.

I'm dutch let that be clear, I don't agree on all accounts with the american goverment, but you have to agree with me that you guys are also giving a quite one sided view on the matter.
I view myself as a che admirer, but also as a Bono and Bob marley admirer.

It would be very nice to have a discussion with a bonafide communist for a change.

Your media has betrayed you?? Maybe the "capatalistic" media isn't always free and unbiased etc. , but you cannot disagree with me that the communists have invented propoganda and that the state media is by far the most unreliable source a man could ask for.

an interesting article, although it still seemed to gather more evidence to pin the Rep. as someone who was trying to stir the pot and a rougue politician beset at going against the grain. I thought I remember hearing directly after the 11th that US intelligence had obtained some type of warning but dismissed the threats?? I am not too sure, I just cannot believe in the history of the CIA and FBI that if they had any kind of warning or possible threat of such events that they wouldn't be all over that shit like flies...to even think that they knew ahead prior specifically of such an event would blow my mind.

If I get a permit, I can hold a protest on the steps of the US capital. If I get a permit (and I can) I can hold a parade through my home decrying the evils of the US government.

If I apply for a permit for such a thing in Cuba, or Vietnam, or what have you, what will happen to me?

Several years ago, there was a shop-keeper in LA that had pictures of Ho Chi Min. The Vietnamese expatriate population in the neighborhood wanted to kill this guy, and burn his shop down.

Citing his first amendment rights, the city provided police protection for his store.

The rights are there, if you look for them, and use them the way they are intended.
