After Seaching CIA "Chiefs of State" (http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/chiefs...s/chiefs47.html (http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/chiefs/chiefs47.html)) I discovered the following Cuban officials not listed in the website that "Capitalist" so confidently cites.

I would also like to mention that the following do not have colour photographs making racial verification much harder.
