Are they actually serious?:confused:
The programmes all sound like a load of crap thats someones pulled out of the 1970s. If they want programmes about the white working class, why not make one about the battle of Cable Street, or the miners strike or something that actually reflects the white working class, instead of trying to encourage the far right scum.

Is this connected with Enoch Powell because i heard that the BBC were going to do a program about his famous speech about the immigrants?
Anyway i was surprised as hell when i saw the advertisements on the telly about this.
I thought that mainstream TV had left all this sort of crap behind 20+ years ago.

Yes it's absolutely serious. The first show starts this friday evening, I believe.
Looks to me like an irresponsible knee-jerk attempt by the bbc to improve ratings by throwing in a controversial series.
Someone should definitely kick up a stink about this.
