help with CPA logo

Can someone with skills in graphic editing, make a more pleasing version of the CPA logo, shown below.

I would like this hammer and sickle design.

And with the southern cross, it shouldn't have the star on the left alone by itself. Just the 5 stars, like this.

You joined the CPA!?

I went to the CPA headquarters in Melbourne.
It was, and apparently always is, empty.

(I then went to the SP's :D)

I have been a member of the CPA for about 3 years now.

Politically, I am more in line with Melbourne. Though I don't know much about their activity, never had any idea they had a HQ, I should drop down there some time.
