What's this music from Che's repatriation in 1997?

You can hear it on Youtube if you search for 'Inhumación de los restos del Che Guevara' . The tune is best heard at 1m 41s in the video.

I was in Havana in Oct 97 and attended the repatriation ceremonies in Plaza de la Revolucion. They were playing this music on speakers in the square and it always struck me as very stirring.

I was never able to id it as I didn't have a recording of it, but I recently discovered this video.
