In my govt. class im writing a bill to recognize Cuba as a nation. A few things that ive put so far is that the u.s needs to respect the Cuban govt. and their laws. I also put that the u.s. should end the embargo IF Cuba agrees with that. Also, i said that we can start sending u.s citizens to cuba for acedimec reasons. For a period of time. I also said that if the u.s. really wants to help poor people then we should look at latin america and africa.
What are some ideas? What do you guys think?

One Cuba needs to be respected as a nation there other nations that do far worst than cuba as if cuba has done anything worst than saddam hussein or coloumbia's goverment or even supporting terroist in certain nations.
cuba has done none of the sort more or less it is the descion of the people to choose ther own goverments if the united state's actully belevie in freedom and democarcy we would not have any of the problems we have in today's world.
Plus with the help of cuba africa freed themselfs of the rule of king's who would giv a shit less about the african people with out this africa proably would still be none the less worst off.
