Items Needed:
Material similar to panty hos
Embroidery Hoop
Speedball ink
Water Resistant glue
Duct Tape
Old Credit card (I just stole some gift cards from wal-mart)
Step 1:
stretch the panty hos across the embroidery hoop
Step 2:
Find a image and turn it into a 2 tone black and white image
Step 3:
Print the image and trace it onto the panty hos
Step 4:
Cover the areas you don't want paint to go through with glue (use the tape for the bigger areas) and let it sit to dry.
Step 5:
Find a shirt and lay the hoop on it. Get a friend to hold it so it doesn't move. Put some speedball ink on the hoop and run the ink across the image with a old credit card. Then fallow the drying instructions on the ink.
