My question is to the Leftists on here, not Capitalists found in OI, for obvious reasons.
Do you support the ICP?
Though they opposed the invasion, they've agreed to work in the new government. They are now part of the Iraqi National List, a secular coalition in the Iraqi government.
The General Secretary since 1993, Hamid Mija Mousa, currently has a seat in the government, along with another member.
So, are they "reactionaries" or "US Lackeys" compared with the Theocrats figting the invasion?

Yikes! The ICP (besides being a hilariously terrible American band) has routinely acted to put down class struggle and act with the government. They are yet another example of "Communist" parties who are nothing of the sort. In your hyper-simplistic narrative, they are both "reactionaries" and "US lackeys."
Some really good resources on class struggle in Iraq can be found here (http://libcom.org/library/treason-pamphlet-class-struggle-in-iraq-1987-1991).

The members of the so-called "Iraqi Communist Party" have committed treason against the Iraqi nation by collaborating with the henchmen of the occupation. Unless they are prepared to struggle against the occupation, they are fair game when it comes to attacking the occupation forces and their collaborationists. Precedent allows for those that collaborate with a foreign invader to be subject to strict punishment.
Genuine Communists support wholeheartedly the Iraqi people and its armed resistance struggling for national liberation and wish for its complete victory over US imperialism and its Iraqi stooges like Bush's “Communists” in the ICP.

But will an end to the occupation best be brought about by a bunch of bearded militia men shooting up this Sunni village because some of them blew up this or that Shiite village?
Will an end to the occupation be worth it if it results in increasing and unregulated civil srife akin to what was seen in Lebanon?
Why is the idea of a Communist Party trying to have a say in this government such a bad thing, granted that if they refuse they'll turn into just another militia that'll get wiped out when either the next dictator takes over, or they disappear once civil strife breaks down along ethnic, not class, lines?

Just because they call themselves the "Communist Party" doesn't mean that much Joby. The Communist Party in Argentina in 1976 supported the military coup. The French Communist Party supported Chirac. In fact, I'll give you a tip: whenever you see the word "Communist Party", it in fact means "very very capitalist party". ;)

What an uninformed thing to say.
Many of the original "Communist Party of ______" parties have become reformist over time, but not all.

Yes I'm afraid sometimes communist parties somehow might be secret capitalist ones:crying:

I support the Insane Clown Posse, and you'd all do well to do the same.
