'tis a joke.
But as far as I know those are real pics, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're doctored.

I'm just saying, I wouldn't put it behind fox to make photos like that to hurt his campaign. I wonder if Ann Colter was behind it... hmm...
In any case, what does that mean? Was Obama just sporting the flag for show? Was it the campaign worker that put them up? I highly doubt Obama is a communist (or even a socialist for that matter).

Of course Obama isn't, if the pictures are real some liberal who doesnt know anything about Che probably put them up. I wasn't seriously suggesting Obama was a leftist.

Obama a communist? LOL now that's funny. Obama is a moderate democrat. I also would question these pictures because of Obama being a moderate democrat. Or I would question why he has them up and if he understands what it means. This is just another smear possibly against Obama from the rightwing conservatives since they still like to use the red scare and stay in the past.

Obama's further to the right of most politicians. The man still defends aiding Al Qaeda in the name of anti-communism.

Christopher Hitchens. And I mean, he's not the only one, but he's the first one that comes to mind.
But anyway, regardless of what politics he might have held before, and while inevitably he had some inspiring ideas here or there and might have even believed it, I'm not even optimistic about his past - he's running for U.S. president. You know it's interesting, this place seems more friendly to Obama than to Kucinich. But anyway, general point is if you're running for president at all, well first you don't get to have politics really, especially Obama who, running on a ridiculously overplayed handicap of race, can't take any opinion on anything. He can be loveable, and obedient, and malleable, and pass himself off as a "uniter", but in terms of actual policy he's essentially vacuous, and even were he to say something I doubt he could actually effect it.
And of course, insofar as he does anything, just because of his institutional role in the Empire if not his person, he'll be a brutal tyrant destroying thousands of lives and helping to destroy or make miserable many millions more.

i don't know i have a feeling about him the way he talks he hides things like he wants to say something different .I know you all hate this system but i think for the first time we might have somebody new in charge and about being more right then most republicans is a lie he the most liberal in the united states. His speech to day was very weird he said the the united states was ready for change and he said it won't be easy they won't give it up easy
but it can be done and make America we know it can be.Also on a new channel i was watching a lady left the show saying he was a communist and he was a wolf in sheep clothing you don't understand the conservatives are very afraid of him i wonder why?

My post on another forum:
Because the image of Guevara (a revisionist himself) has not in any way been reduced to a mass-marketed icon for 'rebellious' liberal teenagers. If they have an image of Lenin or Stalin, then you can begin to claim signs of legitimacy. As it stands now, an image of Guevara is slightly more 'radical' than Gandhi.

No. He's a fraud. That's what the American electoral system is all about. If he's actually the "real deal", unless he causes a popular revolution (which he won't), he'll be assassinated anyway, at least politically.
I don't totally condemn people with mild or even significant reformist ideas as class-traitors who should be lynched, but a whole lot about his candidacy gets on my nerves (and honestly, I can't say all or even incredibly much of it is his fault), and I have zero faith in him. I mean, come on, he'd definitely be a better candidate than probably anyone remaining in the field, but that's kind of trivial at this point.

My post on another forum: [something to the effect of, Ché ain't good enough, I wants me some Stalin]
I think if they have Stalin up they're a freak. And I mean, Lenin you could sort of argue, maybe as a curiosity. But these wouldn't be my first picks at all as encouraging signs.

I'll assume that this is simply a representation and far from his actual inclinations (as we obviously know). It's important to note that this Cuban-Che flag was placed on the wall by a volunteer that most likely feels that Obama is the alternative to the current problems..so as a semblance of "change" he/her placed a Cuban-Che flag since it's probably viewed to some Bourgeois liberals as revolutionary.

Did anyone catch this in the writting before the first picture
"Barack Obama won’t wear an American flag (http://littlegreenfootballs.com/weblog/?entry=27365_Barack_Obama_Wont_Wear_a_Flag_Pin&only) on his lapel, but on the wall of his Houston campaign office: a Cuban flag with a picture of Communist mass murderer Che Guevara. (Click picture for video.)"

Of course Che was a mass murderer didn't you know? Just like Castro is one of the most brutal dictators on earth!
I swear these idiotic and outright false ideas those anti-communists hold would be hilarious if they weren't able to get so many people to believe them.

I despise anti-communism, but these people aren't saints and their actions hardly perfect. "Mass murderer" and "brutal dictator" are of course ridiculous claims, particularly juxtaposed against, well, most leaders of powerful countries I can think of, but while I have a lot of respect for a lot of these people, they're not above criticism. I'm not saying we don't confront people spreading lies and propaganda, but we shouldn't go so far in our defense as to delude ourselves as to who these people actually were and are and what they did.

It wasn't Obama himself, but rather someone who works in the Obama campaign office in Houston. I bet I'll here about this on Fox or Glen Beck fairly soon.

If he has the same plans as Clinton what's new about it? Sure it's a new face but his ways and his policy's are THE SAME. LOL. Obama a Communist? Now that's hilarious! Look at his health care plan for starters. Does that look like a communist health care system? Hell no!

Yup and what's funny is according to the flag rules Obama is the only one following them. How funny that is. I wonder if those same people would call George Washington a mass murder? Probably not.

It's a lot easier to associate yourself with a mass-marketed icon than with a Marxist-Leninist.

Uh oh, Obama is another one of those kids who make way too much use of Che's picture (which was originally doctored to make him look more heroic)!
He may even be one of the mythical people who think he is the lead singer of RATM!!
If there was a copy of "God and the State", now there would be a guy worth presidency.
