I have just one key question regarding rapid development (and I am in general agreement with the need for specific projects): I must admit the heavy "cultural" influences of sci-fi material on me, so what are the prospects of heavy urban development projects (not necessarily going as far as having five or six major ecumenopolises, or even one whole city-planet, but rather having the megalopolises become more pronounced like the Taiheiyo Belt) in an immediate post-revolutionary society? What will the role of capital, if any, be?
