July 26th marks the 50th anniversary of the Cuban people’s attack on the Moncada Barracks, a symbol of the tyranny and occupation of Cuba under the US puppet regime of Batista. With the recent US sabre rattling against Cuba calling for a regime change and attacks on Cuba’s right to self-determination, it is more important than ever that all peace loving people mobilize against US war-mongering and in defence of all nations to choose their own political and economic model. In doing this we must also call for the release of the Cuban Five, political prisoners in the US who are serving life sentences for defending their homeland against terrorist attacks aimed at destabilizing Cuba and once again subjecting her to US colonial rule.

Everyone is invited to a festive BBQ fundraiser in support
of the Cuban Five after the demonstration!

I was going to hand out some "HANDS OFF CUBA" pamphlets, but I don't want any Cuban republicans to give me a hard time (there are a lot of rich Cubans around my neighborhood). I'm a kid too, so I won't be able to defend myself.
