The world is at a time where in all countries you are either rich or poor, there is no in-between. There are the working and the others that control the working, the poor having never lost their riches for they never had riches. They believe that they can fully control the thing they hate more than anything else, love more than anything else, and would risk their life to defend; this thing is called their government.
In modern day democracy, in the most developed countries (US), is only being deserved to be called democracy only up to the high ranks (Congress, Pres, etc.). For the people only have control of who goes into office and not what that one person does in office, thus it turns into oligarchy (“rule by few”). Those that run for office or that is already in office in the high ranks are all affluent (rich); this turns the oligarchy into plutocracy (“rule by the wealthy”). This poses a problem to for the people that want a real representative. The people want fewer taxes, as in fewer taxes to pay. How can one purpose to solve such a problem. Communism, abolish private property cause owners don’t own complete privacy on their property. If you don’t pay your taxes the tax collectors will seize your land, if one does something unlawful on your land the police can get a warrant to intrude on that persons land and arrest them. The government could put property for rent; this rent would take the place of a long list of taxes. Then a simple set of rights for the citizens that the go cannot evict them on certain terms, the tenant would have to commit some sort of crime at a certain standard. Worship is free. The goal is peaceful revolution. Trade should be administered or moderated and only necessary things should be allowed. The rest is the traditional communism with the changes for the modern day freedoms made for the future and present day “proletariat”. The main goal of this is to take the “Bourgeois” and convert them into the common person, who will be the normal person; cause there will be no system of class. Putting the saying, “All men are created equal.” from the metaphor to reality.
The rent that is collected will raise the economy, thus the increase of wages. So that all of the very foundation of the government depends strongly on the financial state of the people. The government offices will be ran by people that best represent the people and the essential needs of the people that the people need and only new technology that can benefit the leadership and the people. This form of government will not be based around Juche. Every person young and old will have rights that the no one can violate (not even the government, except under certain circumstances in which the person has committed an above standard crime). These rights are given to ensure that injustices by the unruly judgments of others will not affect the one that is being judged.
Education will be top priority; in education the top priorities will be history, math, and the arts (literature, visual arts, and performing arts) and environmental protection. In environmental protection, education will play a key role; it will educate both young and old to aware them of the need to preserve the entire environment. Military will not take a back seat, it will still remain a big priority in the government, and it will just become more secretive. This will create the image of unknown power to other countries (very much like the image that the USSR possessed to the United States and other countries during the Cold War). This will bring the country respect and fear from other countries. Keeping patrol only of the seas and skies that are needed for protection to intercept attacks from opposing and expected opposing countries. Diplomatic relations is key to knowing what threats lurk near the home.
As far as crime and punishment will be very close to the “innocent until proven guilty” method, and capital punishment will be the system’s form of punishment. This seen as a “moral” and “harsh” way of dealing with punishment, but it is necessary to make an example of the criminals to stop law violations. Opposition from within the country can never be controlled without torture or massive genocide. That’s why the opposition will not be dealt with unless they start to commit unlawful or violent act in protest of the countries decisions. Situations where such things are to be handled with care, to avoid international attention and make sure that no injustices are made.
Universities shall be set up by the government and ran independently from the government, though they will be funded by the government. Getting into these universities will only depend on the success of those that want to attend. Universities will be set up for certain purposes, such as: medical, engineering, science, etc. Universities can be built by prisoners trying to work off their sentence. Education of them as populous will begin into a department of education; it will be made up of a board of top educators. The department will lose possible for the education of their youth, educating the populace with environmental and information, Norris, and the way the government works, etc. Those that are used and do not receive any form of education will be sent to a place where they may receive an education, and the pet parents of the child will be placed under parole depending and how long the youth has been deprived of education.
The institution of marriage is between two people. Two people the opposite wall same sex. A youth is no longer a minor that after turning the age of 15. The drinking age, gamboling age, etc. limits will be set by anyone that adults this document as a form of government. The courts will be all national but will adhere to the local laws of where the crime has been committed as well as adhering to national law. The very top court will consist of judges and one jury. The jury will be selected randomly, but the judges will be selected by top judges in the nation. When martial law is declared by the top executive of the government and military will not have complete control of the land; a hold of generals, Admirals, and top government executives will be in charge of the land, but their role is not above that of the top executive.
The Congress will be much like the representative Congress that and the nations have. It will have three chambers. The first chamber will be the chamber of delegates. The chamber of delegates focuses on rule of the entire nation’s safety. The second chamber will be the chamber of senators. That senators will focus on international relations and finances. The third chamber is a chamber of governors. The chamber of governors is in charge of military activity. The first and second chamber will consist of people elected in free elections by the citizens. The third chamber will be elected by people in the first and second chamber of high military status. This will be a representative democracy mixed with a hint of communism. Hopefully the nation that adopts this plan for government will rise to great status on the international stage, and hopefully those are in charge of this nation will think of the people first. The people make the nation and people on the nation.
The freedoms of people will be violated by those in command, which is all I ask.
