If there's some sort of a successful workers' revolution in some part of the world, I don't know, Latin America say, but it doesn't matter where... question being, do we go there and help them, and, you know, enjoy it, or do we have an obligation to stay where we are and spread it around? I mean, I would suspect the best answer is sort of unclear, and sort of some combination of both, but I'm curious to know what people think, could be an issue we have to deal with.

I live in the U.S. and I think the job of radicals in other countries would be to build the revolution where they are. In the US, there would also be the need to build an opposition to any attacks on the revolution from the US government.

After the Russian Revolution there were worker revolts (from near-revolution to general strikes and other militant actions) everywhere. To ensure that the revolution in that one country wasn't isolated we would need to organize solidarity as well as win new lefties to the cause because people would probably become more open to radical ideas here if there was a real worker's revolution somewhere else.

Yo comrades...sup :D
I agree with comrade Gravedigger, obviously u cannot have 'socialism in one country;' if the revolution doesn't spread then it will be for nothing. That being said, I believe that it all depends on the material situation and circumstances surrounding the revolution. For example if it looks as though the movement will fail and turn to Fascism/Stalinism/etc then the priority of all comrades it to show active solidarity. Later ;)
