It's quite serious. Alessandra Mussolini is the man's granddaughter. Reminds me of that really crappy post-Cold Warrior novel where Stalin's son tries to start a new communist party in Russia. It was made into a film starring Daniel Craig later (when I saw that, I saw a bit of Bond in there already!).

Oh I know that it's serious and have been following right-wing European politics with the rise of people like Le Pen and fascist groups in eastern Europe.
