What is a "New Communist"?

Well, what is it? I noticed there's a group forum for them but I have no idea who they are or what they stand for. There's nothing in the forum to explain, so that's why I posted this question.

It seems to refer to communists who focus primarily on the Third World and anti-imperialist struggles.
