Well, i live in Ecuador - Quito, and i haven´t heard anything concerning the guerrilla...
Maybe everyone is too busy listening to the news from the Iraq war.

The Zapatistas are armed reformists. Unless Chiapas were to secede from Mexico, their armed reformism will accomplish little. The Ejército Popular Revolucionario (EPR) aims to demolish the entire capitalist system by seizing power from the federal government. They are not just an organization with a few socialist aspects, they are hardcore Marxists. The EPR is the true revolutionary organization.
