I just wanted to say if someone needs to translate some text (not very large) from Russian into English you can ask me. I noticed there are so few Russians here. Well, I am.

I could do some small-scale translation too. Generally what I do to save time is run it through some computer translators, and then clean it up, while referring to the original text for context.

I asked her if she was a member of one of the Communist parties in Russia, and if so which. I also asked if she knows if there is a chapter of the VKP(B), a certain Communist party, in Stalingrad(Volgograd, but I prefer to refer to it by its better name). I asked because from September on I will be living there.
