My social studies teacher said the Anarchy symbol was the symbol of the Aryan brotherhood. I did research and found no truth to it, but whenever I draw it my friends call me a racist. Did the bastards really steal our symbol?

The anarchy symbol predates the Aryan Brotherhood by about 150 years or so. I think Proudhon was the first to use it, when he drew it to demonstrate his principle of "anarchy is order" (hence the A in an O). There's a section in the Anarchist FAQ that deals with the history of anarchist symbolism that would be a good read, and has many references.
