A GREAT lecture by Chomsky on the "angry white men" in the United States. In this he gets to a lot of good information and in part 6, he gives a damn good explanation on why there are so many conspiracy nuts, and he attacks those "NWO conspiracy theories" and tells us how people came about believing such nonsense. Chomsky really explains it all VERY well here. A must listen.

chomsky has always hit the nail on the head when it comes to the conspiracy crowd. you really can see the desperation in most of their faces, eg. alex jones. i think he's right when he has said in the past that the cia probably loves people like alex jones et al because they distract people from REAL issues like the fact that most of them are from the working class and are oppressed by corporate tyranny.

Yea. Chomsky really understands the "white anger" and the whole conspiracy theory crowd. I also like what he said before of them, "what's their alternative?".

Chomsky is great. Too bad many people don't know about him. I mean there are not many people who comment on his vids on youtube but if you go to a ron paul video on you tube, 1000 comments+ happens within minutes. Also for other political figures, a ton of views happen. With chomsky videos, not as much. We should spread as many of Chomsky's vids around as possible IMO.

EDIT: for some fucking reason, the video has been removed by youtube for violation of something. WTF?????? They don't take out the Ron Paul videos for using mainstream media footage!!! Why the fuck did they take out this great, intelligent work??? WTF!!!!!!!!
