WTF is this thing?

For all those who don't choke up the cash to buy Micro$oft word, how the hell do you get a ".docx" file to open :confused:

I can't read squat in OpenOffice, wordpad, vi, notepad, works, argggg...

DOCX is the new big (complicated) thing for Office. It's going to be a generic Office file based on XML, kind of like what OpenOffice has been doing for years. Once again Micro$oft is slow on the uptick.:rolleyes:

You'll be able to convert it to HTML and open that file in OpenOffice Writer, or AbiWord or whatever.
