Linux is the only wide spread thing that the US government doesnt have their hands on. It is not really owned by any1, so it spreads like wildfire, and peices of it end up everywhere.

What im thinking is that through Linux we can try and take down the government, it is possible. All the ramifications, i have not yet figured out, but i wont some ideas from you guys. My knowledge in programming is basic, so i dont know how it works.

Open Source movement is not going to give power to the proletarians or topple any government.

This is a joke, right?

It will however stand as an example of how things can work and progress under socialism, & that the 'human nature' argument is flawed.

You won´t take the power if you use Linux, Mac or Pc. You must create a worm or virus, will take time, but could work...
Start crashing your local computers...
So, how much do you really know about programing in C or C+?

First off, dont say linux, mac, and pc. Personal computer is not an OS. Mac is both.

I know like zipda about programming in C and C++. But its not hard to crash computers, stick a magnet on top and walk away...

And open source is excelent. Insert a few bugs, and when the government picks it up to try and crack it...

But over all, it is a joke... Didnt think about the symbolic issues though

you should post it in the 'Humor' forum... oh, wait.. that's funny..!! there isn't any:cheesy:

But, why can't the Open Source community be part in the revolution(if revolution is inevitable, imo.)??

Linux is very widespread. It is in my opinion the most stable operating system avalible. Even major corporations no what's good for them, they use LINUX, for both server operation and as a desktop environment. Linux is the only threat to Microsoft.

And Microsoft is an evil capitalist corporation. We can take one step at a time...
