Union Drives - Tell me

I am, on the permission of high ranking associates (basically elected to make sure the bosses dont ***** at us) who has witnessed the system fail. She was *****ed at for helping out a coworker, and I said I know the basics of unions (I've read a few articles) now I was wondering what the community knows to help me. I have 8 of 70 employees in one day on side (that's pretty good for 1hour of talking to people) and I just want to kow the rules and contacts. I work at Zellars in Canada (ontario)
