Workstop!!
The re-politicization of everyday life is directly threatened by the most influential workers internationals today. The groups which seek to disenfranchise the working class with boring lectures about the latest topical bushism, as if the workers need to hear anymore stupid remarks from any politician ANYWHERE. The continual de-politicized citation by these publications is attachment to the existing political economy and generalized distraction of the workers, it betrays the proletarian class and exposes the impotence of these movements and their vision. The international today desires to monopolize the division of the class and the apparatus which reifies consciousness. Today the word revolution has become the religious chant which enables the workers to endure their torture, rather than the poetry which guarantees they won’t endure this torture any longer. behind the echo of revolution is an empty political sphere and a few assholes on a stage.
The direct avoidance of propagating wildcat strikes and occupations of those who commit the most time to the workers revolution, is exactly what exposes their flawed ideologies through the insistence to distract the proletariat from the task at hand. The analysis of these intellectuals has expanded so far beyond their practices that the revolution now happens far beyond the revolutionary, sometime in a distant future and sometime in an uncharted land, paradoxically reinforcing the alienation of the worker from the political sphere, solidifying the role of these intellectuals as revolutionaries by implying the impossibility of revolution.
What is to be done has long since been determined by the mode of production. The continual avoidance to re-politicize everyday life by those most active within the advanced capitalist revolutionary community, not only prevents the unification of the working class but is unable to confront the role of worker within these conditions. The workers who they influence are objectified by their movement and it’s justification of continuing to work until the gap between now and the ideological future is resolved. The expansion of this tendency, is just the basis of the modern trade union itself, and what these internationals compete for is their legitimacy within the marginalized consciousness of the members of these organizations, so the revolution is a peaceful transition from one side to the other which eliminates the need for confrontations or even a revolution.
The continuous endorsement of single issue activism and protest by the current internationals is an act of intellectual terrorism. The outcome of these events is determined before they even assemble and the images of violent repression by the state provoke a fear of prison within the working class. The determine outcome is not inherent to the antagonist action of these events but the anti-materialist form of these assemblies. Resonating from the echoes of revolution, the fear of prison that implies the impossibility of the re-politicization of everyday life is just an attachment to the illusions which eclipse the existing prison. the real fear of the working class isn’t life within a prison, but death within THIS prison.
An international must be founded by the qualitative few who through commitment to autonomy are least attached to the existing political economy and least influenced by the ideological jargon. Who are authentic to the re-politicization of everyday life and self-management. The people who articulate the foundations of revolution and confront those who distort them. Who seek praxis by maintaining the foundations of revolution within the central political sphere of everyday life and confront the existing conditions. An international made up of only those who disseminate the immediate task of international work-stoppage and work-place occupation.
