I need to find people who are able to travel in a caravan, corresponding to my other topic http://www.revleft.com/index.php?showtopic=74723... the idea would be that we would be able to then mobilize ourselves better, and travel to areas where there is a visible workers organization, confront the members and supporters of those organizations, and attempt to connect with the most authentic people in north america. offering opportunity to join the caravan, and informing the general community of the conference and the organization of an international for the re-politicization of everyday life.

along the way there will be plenty of opportunity to confront the local working class, drift, and experiment..

I would like to travel in something large enough to sleep in and carry equipment, computer, recording devices, cameras, photocopier, printer, internet antenna, and individual property. it will be a media lab on wheels. and I would like to document as much as possible.

making it financially possible is still to be determined... food will be a luxury, nobody will go hungry, but I personally only have enough available resources to afford my share of the travels at this point... and I expect to make use of a lot of peoples generosity and the general urban landscape which has a surplus of food, and in that, free food. please don't respond to the thread with theoretic about what is free, what constitutes a surplus, and whether or not such means (dumpster diving, theft, and public charity) are beneath the working class.. but I am more than willing to address them in e-mails or active criticism by way of improved organization.

the details are sort of in the air, but if you are interested in discussing the idea or more importantly travelling north america, are unattached and able, and willing to socialize resources with a group of dissidents in support or opposition of the above mentioned project: please contact me on aim, theutopianmob, on msn / e-mail, [email protected]
