CNN Anti-War movement special - Let the McCarthyist red bait

In the US at 8pm eastern there is going to be an hour long Connie Chung special on CNN about the Anti-War movement. I think it's important that everyone watch what I'm sure will be a slanted red-baiting affair. If they do any red-baiting McCarthy style, we need to clog the CNN web site with angry e-mails. Let them know we won't swallow their lies about the left.

It proved to be a waste of time. It was advertised as an hour of the anti-war movement. However, they decided to have a half hour of the east coast blizzard and twenty minutes on a lady who ran her husband over with a car. That left ten minutes to talk to a anti-war poet.

The reason I was anticipating red-baiting is that all the major coverage of the movement prior to this weekend (LAtimes, NPR, CNN,etc..) was blatantly red-baiting. I'm pleased to see that over this weekend it's cooling off. I guess they can no longer say that the movement is mostly wacko-commies anymore.
