In another thread on free market dogma I had an idea. I hope this is the right place to post this.

I have often thought it would be a good idea to create a leftwing faq attacking Neoclassical and Austrian economics and American style libertarianism at large, something like the Anarchists faq. Perhaps that is a project we could work on here at Revleft.
Anyone else like this idea?

I really think an indepth and comprehenisve on all the errors of these theories is lacking. Something set out like the anarchist faq.
I have never so much as had a myspace so I have no idea of the logistics of such a thing though.

I was talking about the depth and scope of the anarchists faq and paying specific attention to Neoclassical and Austrian economics. I know that site but it tends to be just links and many don't even work.

Anyone interested in making this idea a reality?

Just posting to say that Marx's "Wage Labour and capital" will really help in the ideas given for the FAQ (if it is to be realized).
I mean in like 4 chapters, Marx scientifically proves why capitalism and the commodity exchange system kills (or worse, causes misery to) people. If I remember well it was the first four chapters after the introduction. Plus that it is a very simply written text that can be understood even by the most un-educated workers.

I believe it's important to achieve this, but I'm not qualified to write it. Maybe you need to begin by putting out a call for people who have studied those subjects.

Agreed, just like the Communist Manifesto this should be written not for intellectuals but for the working class as a whole, thus Marx wrote pamphlets such as the Manifesto and Wage Labour and Capital to get points across quickly and decisively, whilst writing works such as A Contribution the Critique of Political Economy and Das Kapital to expound on those foundations in an intellectual and informative manner. There needs to be a difference seen and recognized when writing this, if it is ever written; there is a difference between theoretical text and writing on actual theory....

Well I have some knowledge myself and there are certainly others here that do, but really what is needed first is someone with the technical knowledge of how to set something like this up. I have never even had a myspace myself.
