Latin Folk Music?

Can anyone here suggest some good Latin Folk artists? I am thinking of something along the lines of Gustavo Santaolalla. I got a Charango today from a friend and want something to play along to.

I'm looking for something with heavy use of Pan Flute and stringed instruments. Instrumental is preferable (I don't speak spanish :( )

-Daniel Viglietti, Urugayan guitarrist and singer.

But according to your preferences, your looking for something like Inti-illimani, or Quilapayun.

I also have some FARC cumbias and vallenato if you prefer :P
